The use of the website registered under the domain www www.bernardocarvalhosilva.com (“Website“), owned and managed by WW10 Global UK Limited, company incorporated under English law, with head-office at 15 Appold Street, EC2A 2HB, London, United Kingdom, registered with the Registrar of Companies of England and Wales under the number 10878964 (hereinafter “WW10“), is governed by the following terms and conditions that the visitor (hereinafter “U ser“) undertakes, in full, to respect (“Terms and Conditions“).

The use of the Website assumes and implies the User’s knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The User declares to possess the necessary legal capacity that allows him to accept these Terms and Conditions.

The purpose of the Website is to inform and the Website is designed to provide general information about the various activities, products and services of professional footballer Bernardo Carvalho e Silva, as well as to promote his professional career (hereinafter the “Player“). 7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall in all respects be construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent that mandatory provisions of the law of the User’s country or residence require application of another law and/or jurisdiction, particularly, if the User is a consumer.
